Territory Manager - West Texas

Umano Medical is expanding and seeking to hire a talented Territory Manager or proven distributor who can implement growth acceleration strategies within the Ft. Worth West Texas territory.  Umano Medical has experienced 30+% growth year over year and is well-positioned with a portfolio of best-in-class products that creates a winning strategy.  Umano Medical listens to customer needs and provides ample support with their dynamic leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role :

• Implementing territory growth acceleration strategies
• Communicate openly and drive execution
• Develop and maintain product knowledge according to Umano Medical Standards
• Connect regularly with sales management, R&D, and marketing
• Forecast monthly and quarterly sales
• Attend local and national trade shows
• Participate in RFP’s/contract process
• Develop business realtionships with hospital systems
• Train and inservice customers on a regular basis
• Develop working knowledge of CRM
• Manage expense report

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years selling medical devices with demonstrated success
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Detail, results, and task oriented
• Superior analytical and organizational skills with effective time management skills
• Computer literate in a Windows Environment, and experience with computerized sales administration system
