Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities include

• Customer education: support our sales team in scheduling and delivering onsite presentation and training for end users of Umano Medical products (mainly hospital beds and support surfaces);
• Prepare and develop training plans for end users according to their workflow and protocols;
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our customers and market trends to adapt training and clinical approach;
• Share clinical expertise, experiences and knowledge with the marketing, sales, service and R&D teams;
• Participate in new product development by giving insights and feedback to our R&D and marketing teams based on clinical background and knowledge;
• Participate in the formulation of and new product market introduction efforts;
• Assists in tenders and new contract proposal for product clinical and technical expertise;
• Ability to travel in the US, Canada and internationally if required

 The profile we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 8-year with experience as a registered nurse in the US, working in ICU,CCU departments ideally
• Previous clinical specialist or marketing/sales role is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and in writing
• Microsoft suite knowledge
